Green Juice

  • 6 Celery Ribs 
  • 1 Big Cucumber
  • 2 Apples
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Cilantro
  • Curly Parsley
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • Mint

*Add Celtic Salt for better absorption.

Purple Juice

  • 2 Beets
  • ¼ Small Purple Cabbage
  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Grapefruit
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Carrot
  • Blueberries
  • Lemon
  • Pineapple
  • Watermelon

Orange Juice

  • 7-10 Carrots
  • 2 Oranges
  • Turmeric
  • Ginger
  • Pineapple
  • 1 Apple
  • Watermelon

I drank 1 quart of each everyday. I drank the green juice for breakfast, the purple one for lunch and the orange one for dinner. I had pineapple and watermelon as snacks, tea and water. At the end of the 3 days I was 6 pounds down. I have eczema and I see a difference in skin and energy levels. It was also a good opportunity to test my discipline. Overall it was a good 3 days, I did not feel very hungry throughout and my energy levels stayed pretty leveled.
